If I could give it no stars, I would. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Application approved and verified but then keeps asking again and again. As you can't have more than one using the same details, I cannot proceed any further as it just keeps saying maximum account limit reached!! I try to log into the seller center app and it just goes straight to verification again! For God's sake Tik tok, pull your finger out and GET ALL THESE ISSUES FIXED!! On top of that, they now have my passport details!!

very disappointing experience. Since they merged, sellers are now forced to migrate to this app, but the process is a mess. The verification system doesn't work properly. Tried reaching out to the live agent, but they were unhelpful and clearly not familiar with the app or the process. As a seller, this is extremely frustrating and a waste of time. Fix the system and train your support team properly.

The new Tokopedia Seller app has been a nightmare so far. As a seller, I'm wasting so much time because the app keeps crashing and loading at a snail's pace especially when checking new orders. Plus, they've messed with the menus such we can't see the shipping company unless we print first. Today I received Sameday Order via Paxel to Malang east Java meanwhile my shop is in Jakarta ! if you charge us more then Give us a functional app ! Menus are limited on the app I can't even see basic info !
